Automate Your Study Guides
October 21, 2025
Creating a good study guide can be one of the most time-consuming parts of being a student. Your lecture notes, slides, and readings are often spread across different documents and weeks of material. Consolidating all that into a clear, useful guide can take hours — time that could be spent actually learning.
That’s where Ventrilo comes in. With just a few clicks, you can automatically generate study guides and class summaries from the materials you already have open in your browser.
How It Works
Start by opening your preferred text editor. You can use Google Docs, Notion, Word, or any other writing tool. Then, open the lecture notes or slides you want to include in separate tabs — for example, your biology lectures on plant cells, animal cells, and cell organelles.
Once your materials are open, place your cursor in your document. A small circular V icon will appear beside the text area. Click it to open Ventrilo Chat.
From there, you can add the tabs you want to use. In this case, you might select your three biology lecture tabs. Then simply type a prompt like:
“Generate a study guide summarizing these lecture slides.”
Ventrilo will gather content from all of the open tabs, combine it intelligently, and generate a clean study guide right inside your document. The output highlights key formulas, major concepts, and concise summaries for each lecture. It’s formatted neatly and ready to use — no manual copy-pasting required.
If you like what you see, click Insert, and the study guide will be added directly into your Google Doc.
Go Beyond Summaries
Ventrilo can also go further. Try prompts like:
“Make a quiz with 10 practice questions from these notes.”
“Summarize the main differences between Lecture 3 and Lecture 4.”
Within seconds, you’ll get organized, editable outputs tailored to what you need to review or test yourself on.
Save Time and Focus on Learning
By connecting your tabs and generating structured summaries automatically, Ventrilo turns scattered class notes into ready-to-use study material. It saves hours of manual work — freeing you to focus on understanding concepts rather than managing documents.
Whether you’re studying for midterms or reviewing weekly lectures, Ventrilo helps you stay organized, efficient, and in control of your learning.
