Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open your email (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) in tab

   1. Start composing an email, whether it’s a response to an existing email chain or a new one

2. Enable Ventrilo Autocomplete

   1. Click the Gear icon on the context bar and ensure “enable auto-complete” and “enable auto-context” are enabled

3. Begin typing your email

   1. Now, when you start typing your sentence, Ventrilo will suggest words and phrases to complete it

   2. If you find the suggestions helpful, press Tab to accept. If you don’t like the suggestions, you can continue typing, and Ventrilo will offer more suggestions 

4. Use the sidebar to edit your work or get feedback

   1. If you hover over the context bar and click on the Chat Icon, you can use the Ventrilo sidebar. You can ask the sidebar to edit your email for you and provide feedback. For example, I can ask it to rewrite my email in a more formal or casual tone
