How It Works

When you click into the text field of your editor, a small circular V icon will appear. Click it to open Ventrilo Chat. From here, you can ask Ventrilo to generate a tailored cover letter based on your open tabs.

For example, type a simple prompt like:

“Generate a cover letter using my resume and the job description I have open.”

As you type, Ventrilo will suggest related prompts to help you refine your request — or you can just hit Send. Within seconds, it pulls details from both documents and creates a professional, personalized draft.

The result highlights your relevant skills, aligns your experience with the company’s needs, and maintains a confident, polished tone. If you like the draft, click Insert, and your cover letter will appear directly in your email or document.
